We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, hands‑on experience with campaign execution, and a passion for driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max
• Continuously improve campaigns by refining audiences, bidding, and conversion strategies
• Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, making sure all events and conversions are recorded correctly
• Create and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage both new and returning audiences
• Keep a close eye on daily spend, campaign performance, and lead quality, and spot areas that need improvement
