ChargeX is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Channel Sales (Retail) to strengthen and expand its retail presence across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. This role is focused on building a strong retail distribution network, improving in-store visibility, driving sales growth, and developing long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard retail outlets such as hardware stores, electronics shops, supermarkets, and general stores across assigned territories.
• Develop and execute direct-to-retailer strategies to ensure consistent product availability and strong shelf presence for ChargeX products.
• Establish and manage partnerships with regional and national distributors to ensure wider and efficient market coverage.
