Job Description
ATSS has a client in Theodore, AL always accepting applications for Aluminum Welders. Pay starts range from $20 - $30 based on test and interview. Must be able to pass a 10 panel Drug Screen and Background Check. Long-term work for a great company. 90 days temp to perm, with full benefits once hired on directly after 90 days. Great hours! 10 hour days Monday through Thursday.
Welder Level 3Has nominal aluminum welding experience or passed the AIDT welding course.
Can perform simple welding task that has little to no quality requirements.
Has the aptitude and desire to learn the welding process directed by Silver Ships Inc. Welder Level 2 Every skill set from Welder Level 3
Has the ability to weld to a certain standard instructed by his/her supervisor based on the projects welding requirements.
Has minimum weld deficiencies that require rework.
