Our House AP is a small, therapeutic Alternative Provision supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, SEMH needs, or difficulties accessing mainstream education. We believe that strong relationships, a nurturing environment, and meaningful experiences create the foundation for positive change.

Responsibilities

You will build trusted relationships, help young people develop confidence and resilience, and support them to engage in learning, life skills, outdoor activities and personal development opportunities.

We are looking for a Mentor to join our team, supporting students both on-site and within the local community.
