The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) is responsible for overall personnel scheduling, work supervision and quality control with a focus on ensuring all safety and quality requirements of the performance work statement are met. The ASM shall have authority to act on matters relating to the daily operation of this task order and shall function as the Site Manager in his/her absence.
