Allocation Team Manager

Overview

Hillingdon Council is recruiting an Allocations Team Manager to lead the delivery of housing allocations and the housing register. This is a critical role at the heart of the housing system - ensuring that limited housing stock is allocated fairly, efficiently and in line with policy and legislation. You will play a key role in improving access to housing, supporting move-on from temporary accommodation and contributing to MTFS outcomes.

About the opportunity

You will lead the Allocations team, responsible for managing the housing register and delivering allocations across Council and partner housing stock.
