Allied Trades Supervisor

Overview

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP V, at Subic Philippines. Serves as the Allied Trades Supervisor under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. The supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the welding, fabrication, machining, auto body shop, container repairs, and equipment paint shop. Supervises 10 to 15 personnel. This is a working supervisor position that ensures established policies and procedures are enforced effectively and controls the shop maintenance schedule to maximize personnel usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the welding, fabrication, machining, auto body shop, container repairs, and equipment paint shop.
• Supervise 10 to 15 personnel in a working supervisor capacity.
• Ensure established policies and procedures are enforced effectively.
• Control shop maintenance schedule to ensure maximum use of assigned personnel.
