Avg. Daily Census: 25. Visits/Day: 20. 1 Room. 45 Beds. Ratios: 1:3 Days, 1:2 Nights, 1:1 Weekends.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years experience required

First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: EOW

Certs REQ: BLS required.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed

Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes

Locals accepted: Yes - no radius

Pending License accepted: Yes. RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
