About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Allied Health Virtual Assistant to support our growing healthcare client base. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Australian allied health practice workflows and systems, particularly using Splose, Halaxy, and Cliniko.

Key Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling and practitioner calendars

Handle patient communication (calls, emails, SMS reminders)

Process referrals, intake forms, and clinical documentation
