· Knowledgeable in
higher education policy, experience in engaging policy makers in the Ministry
of Higher Education and Vocational Training authorities.

· Extensive network
and connection to training providers, education foundation, associations, and
University/Polytechnic/Colleges/training companies in the Private and Public
institutions.
