Standardized Operations and Maintenance

- Maintain the stability of customer cloud platforms through risk governance, product change upgrades, and fault emergency response.

- Continuously optimize resources and performance to help customers improve cloud usage efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement in cloud product O&M capabilities from a user perspective, reduce the complexity of cloud platform maintenance, and enhance customers' self-maintenance capabilities. Standardized Delivery

- Develop project integration plans and implement standardized delivery processes, identifying and mitigating technical risks prior to implementation.
