POSITION: Custodial Worker
This position follows all provisions of the SMART/UTU collective bargaining agreement.
REPORTS TO: Custodial Services Supervisor
LOCATION: ALB
AIRPORT: Albany International Airport
SUMMARY
Keeps designated facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Sweeps, mops, scrubs or otherwise cleans windows, offices, breakrooms, hallways, bathrooms and public areas as assigned.
+ Operates floor cleaners, vacuums and other cleaning machines.
+ Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies.
+ Replenishes soap and paper dispensers.
+ Empties trash and garbage containers.
+ Notifies supervision of the need for bu...
