Airside Driver

Job Title: Airside Driver –AmbiliftLocation: Aberdeen Airport Reporting To: Contract ManagerPurpose:As a member of the PRM Airside Driver Team, you will operate the Company's specialized vehicles on the airfield to transport passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) between the aircraft and the terminal building, as well as from the terminal building to the aircraft. The range of vehicles includes Minibuses and Class 2 rigid heavy goods vehicles, for which comprehensive training and instruction will be provided. Additionally, you will be expected to assist PRMs onto the aircraft, ensuring their safe transit to their seats or into the ABM vehicles or terminal buildings, which requires the application of passenger and manual handling techniques.Key Responsibilities: Complete the daily Vehicle Check Sheet, to maintain the operational reliability of the vehicle, reporting when necessary any vehicle defaults in line with the Vehicle Inspection procedure.
