Job Description

Job Overview


Responsible for the performance of preventative, organizational and intermediate maintenance on the SA 100 Dual Non-Directional Beacon, Automated Weather Sensor System, FAA procured VHF and UHF radios, Precision Approach Path Indicator Airfield lighting system, and associated devices including antennas, cables, transmission lines, connectors, and power supplies.
Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Duties include corrosion control, troubleshooting, inspecting, testing, repairing, modifying, and replacing of electronic assemblies and subassemblies.
Coordinates with FAA personnel during flight checks, making adjustments and correcting noted deficiencies.
Responsible for working independently on call 24/7 as conditions are subject to change with weather, aircraft activity and equipment requirements.
