Summary This position is located in the Office of Airports, Regional Airports Division. The incumbent serves as the Airports Compliance Specialist responsible for assessing and evaluating complaints in accordance with 14 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 13, of non- compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures related to the terms and conditions of federal land transfers and federal grant obligations that include airport rates, charges, and revenue diversion. Responsibilities Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/ program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist. May act as a contributing specialist on large work activities or as a team leader for single or small work activities.
