A leading global logistics company is seeking an Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments and provide high-quality customer service support across import and export operations.

5.25 Days work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Alt Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Work location: East

• Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments including booking, documentation, airline and ground handling coordination, import customs clearance, export processing, billing, and shipment completion.
• Serve as the main customer contact for import and export shipments, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant shipment execution.
