**A&P Mechanic**

**Tampa, FL**

**We’re looking to add A&P Mechanics to our team in Tampa** to support heavy maintenance and modification work on **Commercial** aircraft.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing and Airbus aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
+ Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and document work performed accurately
+ Work closely with teammates, leads, and inspectors to keep aircraft moving safely and efficiently
+ Maintain a clean, compliant, and safety-focused work area

**What We’re Looking For**

+ **Active A&P license**
+ **2+ years of hands-on experience** working on Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft preferred
+ Experience in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
