**Job Description**

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the airline's fleet in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and compliance. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
