We are an engineering recruitment agency partnering with a market-leading VIP aircraft MRO to support the launch of a brand-new EASA Part-147 Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) in Switzerland.

This is a rare greenfield opportunity to join the founding instructor team and play a key role in shaping a Part-147 training organisation from the ground up, delivering EASA Part-66 Basic Training for Category B1.1 (Mechanical) and B2 (Avionics).

The Role

As an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor (Part-147), you will deliver theoretical and/or practical training while actively contributing to building a compliant, audit-ready training organisation aligned with EASA and FOCA/BAZL requirements.
