Overview

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Permanent full‑time position at Air Canada Montreal Maintenance Centre. Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Onsite). Category: Unionized (IAMAW). Salary: $39.48/hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Use the correct tools, methods, techniques and equipment required to perform aircraft maintenance.
• Read and understand schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting, and be proficient with computers and diagnostic tools.
• Act as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a customer‑focused attitude in demanding, high‑stress environments.
• Work independently using resources via phone and computer, displaying self‑motivation and confidence.
