Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of related technical experience.


Position Purpose:

The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the work of a team. Span of control targeted at 10-15 individuals. The Supervisor will ensure that day-to-day Compls shop tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. They will handle scheduling, training, and immediate problem solving. Plans and schedules workloads, ensuring manpower and material come together supporting workflow targets.
