Air Operation Agent

Position: Operations Air Agent
Compensation: $33.00 per hour

Available Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
+ Ensure import/export processes are completed in compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures
+ Work within the Aviation Vertical AOG Operations team to complete shipments from start to finish
+ Review and identify areas to maximize profitability
+ Maintain and develop customer relationships
+ Ensure all billing is carried out within a timely fashion and monitor input of purchase costs into the system to enable accurate billing and profit reporting
+ Ensure quotations are responded to in a timely fashion dependent on customer requirements
+ Ensure all mandatory training is completed within the required time frames
+ Other duties as assigned
