Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor junior agents and oversee their accuracy
• Validate incoming parts and prepare documentation
• Ensure timely updates in WINAIR and D365
• Coordinate parts for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service
• Review dangerous goods shipments for compliance
