Air Freight Manager (5.5 Day)

Position: Air Freight Manager Salary: up to $7000 Working Day: 5.5 Days Working Hour: 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport) Job Responsibilities: Overseeing, mentoring, and assisting the Airfreight Import Customer Service team while making sure employees effectively handle all import procedures. Keep an eye on all daily import operations, such as billing, job closure, customs compliance, shipment documentation, and carrier coordination. Make ensuring that defined procedures and service standards are followed. Determine operational bottlenecks, put process enhancements into place, and assist efforts to improve workflow effectiveness. Monitor team performance in relation to SLAs and KPIs, give comments, and report problems to the manager when necessary.
