Job Description
Responsibilities
- Arrange airline bookings and coordinate shipment schedules
- Liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to facilitate shipments
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
- Work closely with internal operations teams to fulfill service requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs on shipment movements
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery updates
- Support billing process including job closure and invoicing
- Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
- Drive service improvements within the team
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Working Hours: 5.5 days shift work
