Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Arrange airline bookings and coordinate shipment schedules
  • Liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to facilitate shipments
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
  • Work closely with internal operations teams to fulfill service requirements
  • Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs on shipment movements
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery updates
  • Support billing process including job closure and invoicing
  • Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
  • Drive service improvements within the team
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Working Hours: 5.5 days shift work
