Air Export Associate

Key Responsibilities
Handle air export cargo and courier shipments
⁠Prepare Air Waybills (HAWB & MAWB) and export documentation
⁠Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and courier partners
Perform WeBOC export-related work (where applicable)
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
Maintain daily shipment/consignment reports
Manage Outlook email communication with clients and agents
Ensure proper filing and record keeping of all documents
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in air export, cargo, courier, or freight forwarding
Basic knowledge of air export procedures and documentation
Familiarity with WeBOC and customs processes
