To perform air-conditioning maintenance, general cleaning, jet wash, chemical wash, chemical overhaul, troubleshooting, and etc. Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper ACMV air-conditioning maintenance. To attend to the client's complaints promptly. To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay. To be involved in the appointment of the Technicians Train, instruct, and supervise the work of the Technicians Ensure all works carried out by the Technicians, as set out in their Job Descriptions, are completed with due observation of appropriate Health & Safety requirements Able to be hands-on when the situation requires, and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
