Key Outcomes:

Work arrangement:

On‑site 3 days/week

(no 100% remote for at least 1 year).

Travel: Not required.

Role Overview:

Validation: Limited smoke testing (10%); full validation handled by dedicated engineers.

Tools: Commercial AI modules (e.g., ChatGPT) + internal automation frameworks.

Expected to extend workflows and develop autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years AI/ML automation experience (up to 8 years preferred).

Strong ML/AI software skills.

Semiconductor/system design background beneficial.

Collaboration and requirement translation skills.

Senior candidates (15+ years overall) acceptable if 3+ years in AI/ML.

Interview Process:

Round 2: Panel interview (3 engineers, 30 mins each).
