 :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Support and QA Lead to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of hands-on experience spanning L1 & L2 infrastructure support as well as functional and automation QA testing. This role requires a strong foundation in Python and SQL, experience or exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools and proven leadership and managerial capabilities.
You will play a key role in ensuring robust system performance, driving quality assurance initiatives, and leading a team to deliver continuous improvement across both support and QA functions.
