As a CSSF-approved Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management, in a third party AIFM servicing funds with the following investment strategies: Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Debt, Fund of funds, etc. you will ensure that investment strategies and delegated functions - when applicable - are effectively managed, aligning with regulatory requirements, investor expectations, and the AIFM’s objectives. You will act as a key leader within the governance and senior management framework.

You will

  • Portfolio management performance and oversight of PM delegatesCollaborate with clients’ investment teams to ensure fund investments align with strategy, risk appetite, and performance targets; oversee asset allocation and portfolio construction.Monitor delegated portfolio managers: conduct due diligence, set and track KPIs/SLAs, escalate issues, and report on portfolio activity.
