We're looking for an AI/Backend Engineer to own and evolve our platform, and AI agents. You'll work to ship features fast and shape the technical direction of the product.
What You'll Do:
Design and build AI agents using LLMs for real-time voice interviews
Develop and maintain our Fast API backend services
Integrate with external APIs
Optimize prompt engineering and agent architectures for natural conversations
Build reliable, scalable infrastructure on AWS
Implement real-time communication features using Live Kit
Design database schemas and optimize query performance
