AI Trainer

Department: Product & Tech Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to London office) Reports to: Training Delivery Team Lead Hours: 37.5  per week Salary: (Depending on experience)  Role Overview  Cambridge Spark is looking for a AI Trainer to deliver our gold-standard AI and digital transformation programmes, with a primary focus on our Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist (AIWS) pathway, alongside supporting our existing education programmes and apprenticeship products.

You’ll lead practical, hands-on workshops that empower professionals to safely embed automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and advanced AI workflows into their day-to-day business operations.

Working across funded apprenticeships and corporate training, you’ll ensure that programmes meet high standards for learner engagement, applied workplace impact, and real-world relevance.
