DXC is looking for an AI Solution Leader — a disruptor who will fundamentally rethink how sales is done by leveraging AI agents, generative AI, and automation at scale. This is not an incremental improvement role. You will challenge the status quo, break legacy patterns, and design bold AI-first solutions that give DXC sellers an unfair competitive advantage.

We want someone who sees what others miss — who looks at a manual sales process and envisions an autonomous agent swarm replacing it. You will drive transformational change, prototype rapidly, push boundaries, and convince the organization to adopt radical new approaches.
