AI Service Delievry Manager

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager, with a focus on AI, GenAI, and Automation projects.
Proven success in delivering complex, large-scale AI and automation projects, working cross-functionally with business, IT, and external partners.
Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and experience leading teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Expertise in creating and managing detailed project plans, showing critical paths, dependencies, and resource assignments for AI-driven initiatives.
Proficient in resource management, understanding the value of resource allocation in delivering AI and automation solutions.
Experience using ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management for tracking and managing AI and automation project portfolios.
Proficiency with Collaboration applications (email, spreadsheets, documents, presentations)
