AI SCRUM Master

About The Role

We are hiring a Technical Scrum Master - AI to support Scrum execution across fast-moving AI initiatives. The role will work closely with AI leadership and technical teams to facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. The ideal candidate should understand Scrum deeply and know how to apply it in an AI environment where work may include experimentation, evaluation, technical uncertainty, data dependencies, and production delivery. This role also requires the ability to build AI-powered automations and workflows around sprint planning, task tracking, blocker management, reporting, daily updates, and team follow-ups.
