AI Programmer

Waltonen is actively seeking a hands-on AI Programmer / AI Software Engineer to develop internal AI agents, workflow automation tools, and intelligent business systems that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, test, and maintain internal AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation systems

+ Build AI-powered applications that support engineering, operations, manufacturing, administration, and business functions

+ Develop intelligent workflow automation solutions to streamline repetitive or manual processes

+ Create and integrate AI agents capable of supporting internal knowledge retrieval, process execution, reporting, and decision support

+ Develop software applications and backend systems using Python, C, C++, Java, and related technologies
