AI Operations Specialist - AI Agents & Automation

Position Overview

We are hiring an AI Operations Specialist to help build and scale AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing operations organization.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can rapidly design, test, and deploy AI agents, automations, and reusable “skills” using tools like Claude, Zapier, OpenAI, n8n, Make, and related AI platforms .

The ideal candidate is highly practical, fast-moving, and comfortable turning messy business processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows. This person should be able to work independently, identify automation opportunities, and quickly build working solutions.
