AI Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to serve as a key operational support partner to the COO and leadership team.

This role combines elements of People Operations, Executive Assistance, Project Coordination, and Business Operations. You will help ensure that company initiatives move forward efficiently, people processes run smoothly, and leadership priorities are executed consistently across the organization.

This is not a traditional HR role, nor is it a senior Chief of Staff position. Instead, we're looking for someone who thrives in execution, coordination, follow-through, and operational excellence.

You will act as a central point of coordination between leadership and teams, helping transform discussions, decisions, and strategy into action.
