AI Engineer - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

About the role

Tieto Banktech is on a strategic journey to embed artificial intelligence at the core of our products. We’re looking for someone who can drive this from both ends – hands‑on implementation and cross‑functional leadership – ensuring our AI initiatives deliver real business value while meeting the regulatory and organisational requirements of the banking sector.

You’ll work across autonomous, multidisciplinary product teams, helping them identify high‑impact use cases, build AI‑powered features, and adopt modern AI tools and ways of working. Over time, you’ll also play a key role in shaping our AI strategy, defining governance practices, and driving reuse of AI capabilities across the organization.
