About Position:

We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to build and scale real-world Generative AI solutions. The role involves working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end system ownership, driving AI product development from design to production.

What You'll Do:

Own AI systems end-to-end (design, build, deploy, and scale)
Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
Fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases
Build scalable backend systems using Python
Deploy and manage solutions on AWS cloud
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Ensure system reliability and performance in production
