Reporting to the Director of AI,the AI Engineer is responsible for the technical architecture of our intelligence systems, focusing on the design and implementation of agentic workflows and RAG systems. You translate the AI strategy into functional logic, ensuring that models produce precise, secure, and scalable results. As a technical lead, you set the standards for model selection and prompt engineering while mentoring others on the team. You collaborate closely with developers to integrate these brains into final products and stay at the cutting edge of model performance and optimization.
