Role Overview

Build, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers

Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guideAI agents across voice, chat, and email.

Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows - and turn them into scalable AI solutions.

Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.

Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
