Insight Global is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer – Semantic Layer & AI for a large-scale, global enterprise company. This individual will play a foundational role in building and scaling a governed semantic layer that transforms raw restaurant data into trusted, business-ready insights. The role bridges business meaning and technical architecture, enabling AI-driven analytics, conversational insights, and autonomous workflows across restaurants, franchises, and corporate teams. This is a high-impact position focused on metric accuracy, AI reliability, and enterprise-scale data enablement.
Day-to-Day:
 • Design and scale an enterprise semantic layer enabling AI, analytics, and reporting
 • Define and govern canonical KPI definitions (sales, speed of service, traffic, labor)
 • Build metadata-driven semantic models for high-criticality domains (finance, reporting)
 • Implement hybrid semantic architecture combining manual models and AI-driven context ...
