Overview The consultant will lead the modernization of the user documentation operating model across a cybersecurity product portfolio. The role assesses current documentation processes, tools, governance, and content lifecycle, then designs and establishes the foundation for a scalable, AI-assisted approach that improves efficiency, consistency, and quality while maintaining rigorous standards for technical accuracy and accountability.
