AI DevOps Operations Lead

SUMMARY

DevOps alone is not sufficient for this role. The AI Operations dimension is equally critical. This individual is expected to own the operational governance, monitoring, reliability, cost management, and scalability of AI systems across the enterprise. As FAM deploys more AI-enabled workflows and integrations, AI Ops becomes a strategic function, not a secondary consideration.

This role is one of two foundational pillars of FAM's emerging modern infrastructure and technology leadership team. Together with the Senior AI Architect, this individual helps establish the operational and engineering leadership foundation the practice needs to scale sustainably.
