Key Responsibilities
Cross-Departmental Demand Discovery: Proactively engage with diverse business units (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Product) to conduct deep-dive interviews and workflow audits. Translate ambiguous business pain points into clearly defined AI application scenarios and technical requirements.
AI Solution Design & Feasibility Analysis: Explore and architect AI-driven approaches based on a deep understanding of business logic. Lead the selection of technical paths, design implementation frameworks, and conduct ROI projections to validate the viability of proposed solutions.
End-to-End PoC Management: Orchestrate the development and testing of AI pilot projects. Coordinate internal and external resources to rapid-prototype solutions, evaluate model performance through empirical data, and iteratively refine technical strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
