This position serves as both a hands‑on builder and organizational enabler, responsible for designing, building, configuring, and testing AI‑driven solutions—primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem—while also promoting adoption, providing training, and mentoring staff at all levels of the organization. Success is measured by the extent to which AI becomes embedded in everyday work, increasing employee effectiveness and confidence while supporting broad, sustainable adoption across the organization.
