AI Backend Engineer

Must Have:

Backend Engineering

• 2–3+ years of Python experience building production-grade services
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI , including:
• Async execution patterns
• API design & error handling
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD , especially within Azure DevOps

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG systems
• Experience with:
• Document ingestion & parsing
• Chunking strategies
• Embedding generation & indexing

AI Agents & Frameworks

• Expertise in at least one AI framework such as:
• LangChain
• Microsoft Agent Framework
• Semantic Kernel
