AI Automation Support (WFH)

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and AI-savvy professional to support both AI initiatives and software-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is actively exploring AI tools (particularly Claude) while also having hands-on experience handling software tickets, builds, and customer requests.



Key Responsibilities

Explore, test, and implement AI tools (with a focus on Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration

Handle software support tickets, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements

Respond to and manage customer technical requests in a timely manner

Document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference
