Job Overview

We use Claude as our primary AI platform, alongside ChatGPT. In addition, we need someone to own our day-to-day AI rollout. You will be the person who gets these tools into people’s hands and builds the skills and prompts that make them useful. You will also train our teams to actually use them well. This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role. We move fast. If you enjoy turning a half‑formed idea from a colleague into a working Claude skill by the end of the day — and then teaching them how to use it — this is the job.
